1. Who we are

Keramoti.gr is a tourist directory for Keramoti, Kavala, Greece. It is a personal website operated by an individual based in Greece — not a company or legal entity.

2. What data we collect

• Account data: email and (optionally) name when registering via Supabase Auth.
• Business listings: information submitted by business owners (name, phone, description, images, etc.).
• View statistics: each time a listing page is visited we record a view count. The visitor IP address is hashed (SHA-256) before storage — the raw IP is never stored.
• Session cookies: Supabase uses cookies for session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

3. Why we use the data

• To provide and improve the service.
• To display business listings in the directory.
• To provide analytics to business owners.

4. Third-party sharing

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data is stored on Supabase (EU region) and our private server in Greece.

5. Data retention

Account data is retained while the account is active. View data (ip_hash) is retained for 12 months.
